I encased this wing in handmade stained glass with a beaded solder border — brown and white, graphic and striking. The strand is silk knotted with red thread, spiny oyster chips, and pyrite rounds. The red and black together against this wing is not an accident. It belongs.

I hand-soldered every piece and hallmarked it myself. One of a kind, one in existence, never to be repeated.
